1. Defective or wrong items will be replaced or refunded after receiving the photos to prove it. Unfinished order, refund will be offered through dispute. Order completed, refund will be offered by Paypa.

2. You can return tous the products you purchased, even the ones in perfect condition, but the buyer should pay the return shipping fee.

3. In tous cas, buyers pay a shipping fee on their own to return the goods for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the release of replacements. The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

After 1 months before 3 months, we can repair the scooter for free, shipping cost by buyer.

After 3 months, we can repair the scooter, the fix is free but the buyer should pay the components, the shipping fee by the buyer.

Suggestion: Please fully charge the battery after receiving the scooter. It is recommended to charge the scooter regularly (once a week) to improve the stability and life of the battery.

A1: Our scooter are in stock in France, Spain and Germany. We will choose the best delivery warehouse according to your delivery address. You can receive the scooter within 3 to 7 days. We will deliver the scooter to you within 48 hours of payment.

Q2: Please specify the duration of the warranty period?

A2: We will provide one year free official maintenance and warehouse maintenance in Europe.

Q3: Do I still have to pay tax when I receive the package?
